Water Does Wonders
Our KFL&A Region Healthy Kids community is now working on the “Water does Wonders” theme to help encourage kids to drink water when they are thirsty. This will include participation in local events, programs, policies, and environmental supports. If you’d like to help promote this theme, send us a message through the contact us page.
Water is the best choice for kids to stay healthy and hydrated. They need a steady supply to keep their bodies working and growing properly. Water contains no sugar, additives, preservatives, or caffeine.
Find out more about water and other drink choices on the Water does Wonders page.
